Joel – Experienced Builder & HVAC Site Supervisor
I’ve worked in construction since 2002, and since 2010, I’ve led various projects as a project manager. My experience ranges from high-end property renovations and healthcare facility upgrades to full pipe renovations, new builds, and restoring old single-family homes – all with a strong focus on both planning and execution.
I’m also a certified HVAC technician, which allows me to serve as an official HVAC (KVV) site supervisor. My strengths lie in deep structural understanding, comprehensive project oversight, and making sure every phase from planning to completion is handled professionally.

Lia – Architect & Site Manager from Design to Delivery
I’ve been working in both design and construction since 2019 and graduated as an architect from Aalto University in 2025. I’m responsible for architectural planning and site supervision, but I also take part in physical building work – simply because I love the craft.
One of my key strengths is creating visual materials and renderings for clients before aesthetic decisions are made during renovations. This ensures the final result aligns with your vision – both functionally and visually.
